Meet Matt

Matt Wellington is a Certified Athletic Therapist based in Victoria, BC. His approach combines injury assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise rehab, and strength-based progressions to help people move with more confidence in daily life, work, sport, and training.

As a former World Cup climber, Matt understands how frustrating it can be when pain, injury, or uncertainty gets in the way of doing what matters to you.
